I hold the position of University of Edinburgh Chancellor's Fellow, where my focus lies at the intersection of science education and British Sign Language research and as a Chemistry tutor on the PGDE Secondary Education (Chemistry/ General Science) course. I also manage the Scottish Sensory Centre's BSL Glossary project, a collaborative effort with a team of 37 Deaf scientists, educators working with deaf children and BSL sign linguists since 2007.
